NAR Distinguished Service Award
Diana Bull, the famous Santa Barbara Realtor, just won another award, but this one is a biggie. The NAR Distinguished Service Award goes to only 2 people each year out of the NAR’s 1.4 million members. And she sure deserves this recognition. This award is to honor members who have made outstanding contributions to the real estate industry and serve as leaders in their community. This she has done and continues doing.
Diana was president of the Santa Barbara Board in 1982 and it was my sincere pleasure to present many seminars at their location in
downtown Santa Barbara. This relationship has continued till today and we so appreciate her support and cooperation over the many years. And she was an outstanding president of the California Association of Realtors in 1999. The beat goes on as her daughter Staci Caplan was 2020 President of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors.
Also, some years ago when I was conducting an Equity Share course to instruct Agents how to approach forming these partnerships to sell more real estate, Diana was the guru of these transactions in California. A go-to resource in many areas of real estate.
Congratulations on an award long deserved.
As a footnote: The award was presented to Diana by then NAR President Vince Malta, broker at Malta and Co. Inc. in San Francisco. Vince is another Duane Gomer student. Congratulations to you Vince, thanks for your service to real estate in California.NAR Article in Full
