Love Letters
There was a recent column in the LA Times about the practice of a hopeful buyer writing a letter to the seller telling them why they should be selected from the covey of other offers. Many people are doing it. The column was on Sept 25th and written by one of my favorite writers, Steve Lopez and titled “Love Letters”.
The discussion: It can lead to bias and discrimination.
