Alert To All Debt Collectors

SB 908 was passed in late 2020 and the major aspect is that all Debt Collectors must be licensed through the State Department of Finance, Protection and Innovation by January 1, 2022.  Maybe it is time to start the process. It would be a shame if some debt collectors would not be able to continue debt collecting.
